Phillip Sheppard, first runner-up on this season's Survivor: Redemption Island (CBS) - one of the highest rated franchises in television history – was the most talked about Survivor contestant in over a decade to say the least.
A decorated retired veteran of the United States Army and former federal agent, Sheppard took Survivor fans by surprise with his dynamic and unpredictable strategic playing of the game garnering an overwhelming fan base. Sheppard is now set to Produce and Host a new reality show currently in development while pursuing an acting career in film and television. He is presently writing his biography and developing branding/spokesperson partnerships with major brands. In addition, he has recently launched a short narrative based on The Specialist called "The Costa Rica Job"
Prior to Survivor, as CEO at Enterprise Software Sales Group, Inc. Sheppard built a successful software consultation business consulting companies on Business Intelligence Software and Strategic Selling.
Sheppard was raised in up-state New York, is a twin and one of 12 children.
